CoStar Group — 40th Anniversary Brand Identity
CoStar Group needed a commemorative identity to mark 40 years of building the future of real estate. I led the project from concept to execution — ideating multiple directions, presenting final options directly to the CEO, and refining the selected concept alongside the Creative Director into a full identity system debuted at the company's annual sales conference. The mark itself draws from the idea of a bold architectural form — part engine wheel, part modern block — timeless in feel but built to flex across CoStar's brand color system. Celebratory without losing the authority the brand is known for.
